3 week old pacemaker and COPD

My pacemaker is 3 weeks old.  I have COPD and feel I'm not breathing as well as before pacemaker.  Antone else notice this?

I have NO idea what the B I and U stand for---surely this is a grievous omission for anyone new to this site!   And I've received no feedback as to my question about possible impact of pacemaker on COPD.

I am the one who asked the original question regarding Pacemker and COPD.  I also wrote he following about B,I and U.   So it appears i am all alone here.

It means Bold, Italic and Underline...it has nothing to do with your getting your message out...I got it..Let me know if you get this...I am not a COPD patient so I can't answer your question...just wanted you to know it's out there for comment.
