Kim Orr Guidant Pacemaker class action in Canafa

Has anyone heard if this is still going on?

 

I haven't heard anything about it for years and YEARS. That's not normal in such cases, is it? Has it been withdrawn or thrown out?

You probably already know that Guidant is now defunct. It was acquired and absorbed by Boston Scientific many moons ago. There was a huge class action suit against Guidant years and years ago which was settled years ago. As I recall some members here who were involved in the suit got a pittance. Their lawyers are now negotiating with porn stars over secrets.
