Entresto is for the treatment of Congestive Heart Failure, and generally for the late stages when all else fails. A 3 lead ICD is not a guarantee that CHF will improve. It is primarily to help with Asynchronous heart beats. In fact, I have a CRT-D and it doesn't benefit my CHF symptoms at all or improve my EF.

So did they tell you that with the implant of your 3 lead ICD that you could stop or have they seen improvement and feel you can drop the Entresto?

You know you're wired when...

You have an excuse for gaining an extra ounce or two.

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.
