Merlin not working

JUST GOT A LETTER MY MERLIN MONITOR DIDNT SEND IN THE MONTHLY TRANSMISSION. I TRIED UNPLUGING THE MONITOR BUT IT STUCK ON THE  TRANSMISSION LIGHT AND NOT SENDING.ANY HELP?

Monitor Transmission

My Merlin is connected to a phone line. If your monitor uses a phone line perhaps there is something wrong with that connection. It could have come unplugged from the wall or is loose at the monitor connection. If it is a wireless connection, there might be a problem that is preventing transmission of the data. I have no experience with wireless Merlin connections, but other PM members hopefully will give some helpful comments.

Mine hasn't been working for a week. It keeps flashing lights and making noise. I have tried to call them and was on hold 45 minutes before I hung up. If you get a hold of them that's great. I browsed the web for mine and found nothing. Good luck
