Biotronic Pacemaker

Has anyone received a Biotroic closed loop pacemaker for maligant neurocardiogenic syncope.   Has it prevented fainting.   My doctor has told me there's roughly an 80% success rate.  My last faint 2 weeks ago I awoke, had enough time to tell my husband I was going to faint, fainted, had a seizure, and projectile vomited while unconscious.   EMS came and my heart rate and Blood pressure were all over, including heart dips into the teens.   wondering if this will help or prevdent.   I am 59 and somewhat apprehensive.   Thx for any info!

NCS

NCS is a combination of blood pressure drops and heart rate drops. The pacer will fix the heart rate part of the problem. If your bp isn't dropping, or if your bp drops because of the heart drop, then the pacer should fix you. If the bp drop happens first, it should help but won't fix it. If your heart rate is dipping into the teens, it's safe to say you need a pacer regardless of what else is going on.
