Hi , I just had my PM installed about 3 weeks ago and I am having issues with getting out of breath just slightly after slight exertion. Is this normal?

Yes it's common, no it's not normal. It's common to need the settings fine tuned. Give them call and let them know what's going on. It's an easy fix/
