A sad heart

I'm not totally sure what you are asking.

Our emotions and our hearts are deeply connected. Fear can make our heart best faster. A shock can make it skip a beat. Sadness can maker it feel heavy.

After the scare, the shock, the sadness is over, our heart beat should return to normal--between 60 and 100 beats per minute.

But the heart won't go slow and stay slow because something sad has happened.

If you have bradycardia, a slow heartbeat, and it sounds like you do, it's because something has gone wrong with your heart's electrical system. Drugs, exercise, or diet won't help. There's nothing you can do to fix that except get a pacemaker.

Hope this helps.

Slow rate when upset

Your not wrong.  After anything I do, whether it’s a happy incident, or sad, excited or angry. When I stop and it’s over, boom I crash. I become totally exhausted and have to sit or lay down.  It’s awful, but you have to get used to the new you with this thing.

You know you're wired when...

You can feel your fingers and toes again.
