More problems

Hi. I recently posted a message regarding my heart pausing despite I have dual chamber pacemaker for wenkebach 2nd degree heart block. My pacemaker has been readjusted to stop the pausing... That seems to be fixed... Last night I had to spend all night in A and E as my heart is going quite fast  123 bmp in broad complex something or other.. Whilst this continued for 4 hours I felt so dizzy and so out of breath... My ecgs looked like massive wide mountains... I just don't know what is going on... The tech people at the clinic said my heart would fall lower than 60 now . When I saw them the other week but on the ecg when I came out of the broad complex my heart was down to 56 bmp.. Anyone have any ideas  I've been given strict orders to rest today.. And also so to call up cardiology in the morning .. I just don't know why I'm getting these probs now any info would be much appreciated xxx

The experience of having a couple of lengths of wire fed into your heart muscle and an electronic 'box' tucked under the skin is not an insignificant event, but you will survive.
