Zumba and LaBlast redux

When I posted about doing Zumba before my PM, a supportive member said this: "You are probably going to be very pleasantly surprised at your new stamina! Heart block is more tiring than we think it is, often we are more symptomatic than we realize." 

This week, at the very end of 3 weeks post PM (I'd been walking in the meantime), I started both Zumba and LaBlast, and sure enough, I feel great! My stamina has really improved, and I can do most of the arm moves, even. Obviously nothing overhead, and I'm being conservative with my left arm motions. But I haven't been this peppy in years! Since I didn't know I HAD heart block, I had no idea how much better I would feel with the PM. Thanks for your support, folks, and keep on truckin'!

That was me! And so VERY glad to hear I was right!!!!! It's crazy how symptoms sneak up on us. Huge smile here.
