dizziness

I have had my PM (crt) since 10/2017 without any issues really.  It was for a AV block that came out of nowhere. I am a 46 to female. This weekend I started with some dizziness which I ignored until last night and decided to get a pulse.  I got 45, 51, 55 and then 60's.  This morning while driving to work felt dizzy again took my pulse and got 51.  Back in the 60's now.  Not sure if this has happened to anyone.  I did transmit to my EP and plan on checking in when they open shortly.  Any idea what this could be
