Recent pacemaker

I have had persistent afib for 2 years, had two ablation which has reduced my Afib load to less than 2%. On May 24th I had a dual chamber Medtronic advisa implanted for bradycardia. Since then I constantly get dizzy when standing, and get dizzy at random times for no reason that I can interpret. Is this unusual, and can it be from a settings issue. The lower setting is at 50 and to my knowledge, it has only been needed a few times after exercising. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. Other than having the low level set at 50 and the upper at 150, all other settings are from the original Medtronic settings.....thanks Tom

It could easily be the settings. 50 might be a bit low, 60 is more common. It's great to try to pace as little as possible, but it's also important to feel good.

Those ymptoms remind me of ones I had when I was taking a beta blocker. Turned out I am over-sensitive to them and had to discontinue takig them. The dizziness on standing was due to a low blood pressure moment, but when I'd get too hot, I'd pass out.

Pacing percentage?

How much of the time are you placed? What is your resting heart rate? It's likely that your EP set the rate that low just as a safety net, not expecting it to be needed much. If you're relying on the PM more that expected,  he should know about it. He should know about it anyway.
