Swelling at front of armpit

Ok I am almost 1 year post op from getting my PM fitted. About 3 days ago I noticed some swelling in the front of my arm pit where I swelled from surgery along with the swelling was some tenderness but the tenderness went away so I thought nothing of it but today the swelling seems to have gotten worse also my PM rotated and is migrating close to my collar bone. Anyone have any advice? Should I have my doc look at it or am I just being to cautious

If your PM has rotated, you need to get it taken care of immediately.  If it's swelling, you need to get it taken care of immediately.  You need to get it checked out on the ASAP, if not sooner.

Thank u both for ur advice I will be getting it checked out. I just always think I’m being overly cautious when it comes to my PM
