Seriously, as Bionic says, sure.  No problem, given there aren't other medical issues you aren't telling us about. My EP said one a day would probably even be good for me but I drank enough in my early years to last for another several decades.  ...and I like it too much to have only one.

i used to drink ALOT but got married have kids now,& occassional means like cookout,4th of july,bonfires,etc  anymore i dont drink more than a 6pk at a time so that is my limit. & no other issues thats known of & ive been through several several test.i was a 2-2.5 pk a day smoker plus dipper for 26 yrs,set it all down one day, cold turkey. 2days ltr airways closed up, heart rate bottomed out was n brady cardia more than i wasnt.yada yada yada said my body didnt know how to react w/o all the nicotine it was use to have'n.

really, a 6 pack? There was a great movie with Clint Eastwood which said it all...a man's got to know his limitations.

Come on, first ask your doctor whether it's okay to have a drink based on your condition, and secondarily if you plan to drink a 6 pack at a sitting, please put me in your will first...

Hematologist has stated, "NO ALCOHOL FOR YOU!!"  - using the same tone as my dermatologist who says, "NO SUN FOR YOU!!"  But..................I've always liked the German brews (Beck's, St.Pauli Girl, etc.)  Those brews are also available as "No Alcohol" brews. Same taste, same carbs, same calories, same price....what's going on? Even Heineken has a NA brew (Buckler).  I've given some to friends who thought they were drinking the real deal, and they didn't notice!  I do cheat on those evenings when I decide to lounge in the bathtub.........4oz Red Wine and a 3 Musketeers chocolate - same as what France's Louis the 14th snacked on!!
