Pacemaker pocket

So seen cardiologist today ( as I’ve been in pain since 2nd pacemaker op 4 weeks today ) and he said pocket for pacemaker was not big enough 🤔 and he said can op to make bigger pocket or it will just stretch in time ,,,, anyone else had this problem ?

Unless it's keep you up all night pain, I wouldn't mess with it just yet. Give it at least a few months, up to a year, to settle down and scar tissue to form around it before making a decision.
