type of therapy for severe pain in left arm and shoulder, Medtronic 3 lead pacemaker (2007)

3 lead pacemaker inplanted 2007? at the University of Va Medical Center, Charlottesville Va., and for over year touching site would bring tears so much pain.

2018 pain worse,  orthopedic doctor says muscle's around rotator cuff, sending me for therapy.

I don't think it's rotator cup, but pain from pacemaker. What type of therapy shold I have?
