extreme weight lose

I have recently had weight surgery and have gone from 360 lbs to 180 lbs my pacemaker is now very visable and is showing bruising and red and just today i noticed it is oozing blood and liquid! should I go to emergency room?

As Robin siad, that sounds like infection. Do not let them hand you antibiotics and send you home, insist on cultures so you know exactly what you are dealing with. If it's infection, it's crucial to treat it quickly and aggressively, otherwise they may have to remove your entire device until it heals because you can't risk infection going down the leads into the heart. . Time is of the essence, this isn't the time to try a broad spectrum antibiotic and see if it helps. Please please take this very seriously and advocate for yourself if the hospital does not take it equally seriously.
