Repositioning of PM chamber/battery

Hello. My mother recently has a PM inserted. It seems to have located itself close to her armpit and is very uncomfortable. Does  anyone know whether just the chamber/battery can be relocated!I think it’s gone in under the muscle as it’s hard to feel unlike mine which is above.

Yes, they can relocate the device (leaving the lead intact) -- I'm scheduled to have mine relocated next wednesday for exactly the same reason.
