had a great Doctor Garvey at St Vincent Portland OR. burn out the two leads and set in two new ones, I feel great and have to see him in another week at the incision, Took 3 hours hardly any scar tissue around the leads and was in for 8 years. using a restraining belt to keep left arm to be raised about the shoulder so electrodes can build scar tissue to build up around them. He used the old 2 year device which has over 8 years of battery life and it operates great, no more dizziness from laying down and getting up and climbing stairs. I'm happy on the outcome.
