Accerlated Junctionel rythm

Hello everybody ,i m sorry by the way i speak a little english,last month afer i have spontoneous pneumorhorax i develop junctionel rythm its been now 2 months i m very tired i feel dizzy all the time sometimes short of breath and pain in my chest my plumonolgist say that my pneumothorax  resolve ,but i m still suffering from junctionel rythm  its so bad that i cant back to work i spend all day sleeping palpitation dizzness all the time ,after holter monitor for 14 days my cardiologist said accelerated junctionel rythm,i read some information online they said its difficult to treat junctionel rythm even with a pacemaker, i wanna learn from you  how i can treat my arrythmia thank you .by the way i just turn 30 years old.

I have the opposite issue, no junctional rhythm but the answer might be common. Since AJR is caused by a defective/damaged AV node, perhaps an AV ablation (and pacemaker,  of course) is a solution? I don't know (hey, I pay cardiologists and electrophysiologists) but it makes some sense. I guess the question is where, exactly, the AJR is being generated and is it accessible. Something to think about and propose to your EP. You do have an EP, right?
