It's not healthy to have to get drunk to think about living. ...in every sense of the word "healthy".

As much as you can while you can.....

I'm all for doing as much as you can while you can!  Just listen to your body when it says it can't anymore.

I believe if all you do is worry about dying you really aren't living. Enjoy life, just don't get crazy

I agree - enjoy life!

And as others have said: just not toooo much alcohol.  And trust me: as time goes by from the operation you will think about your device less and less, and just get on with normal living.

I'm not sure if this analogy quite works, but when you fit a new battery in your car I am sure your first reaction is "that's better - it's going great again" rather than worrying about this one going flat!  Try and think of the positives, and that the next visit to the garage will be a long way off for both the car and yourself!

You know you're wired when...

Your license plate reads “Pacer4Life”.

I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for pacemakers. I've had mine for 35+ years. I was fainting all of the time and had flat-lined also. I feel very blessed to live in this time of technology.
