Got s apt with the pm doc on Tuesday does anyone else get super nervous the week before sometimes have trouble sleeping also how does the phone call in work anyone know could I just not see that doc anyway also does it ever go to every year as opposed to every six months

No, never nervous.  The doctor is there to help. It's not like he's going to hurt you (the damage has been done).

As far as frequncy of visits -  a lot has to do with your condition but every three months is about right for routine follow-on appointments with the PM technician. Alternating between remote and on-site is pretty standard but I believe they can only make changes to your settings if you're there.  Remote checks are fine but you won't be able to have them tune your pacemaker.

Every six months is pretty normal for visits to your EP or cardiologist, too. I was doing both until recently when my EP said there was no reason to see him unless I had a problem.
