You're fine

The only cause for worry is the strong magnet in some of the high-end headphones resting directly on your pacemaker.  Some of these have a very strong rare-earth magnet and may trip the "MRI" switch in your PM.  This has nothing to do with them being wireless.  High-end wired headphones will have the same issue.

BTW, if it does trip the switch, it won't cause any serious issues.  The pacemaker will enter an open-loop mode with a fixed rate.  You might notice it but it won't cause any permenant damage to it, or you.

You know you're wired when...

You fondly named your implanted buddy.

I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.
