difficulty breathing with new ICD

Just had my 1st ICD about 5 days ago.  I'm having problems breathing, having cold and hot sweats, and some nausea.  Is this normal?  Got a good report post op the other day but now I am worried something is going on.  Is this normal?

one thing patients get confused on is when the doctor tells them their pacemaker or ICD is working fine. Fact is it is operating exactly the way they programmed it to operate but the settings are not right for you. Call your Dr and let them know what's going on
