Post surgery symptoms

It’s been 6 weeks since my PM implant due to bradycardia. I’m 59 yrs old and very active before surgery.  I actually feel worse than begs the discovery that I needed a PM.  Every single day I experience Ringing in both ears, light heart burn (NEVER had that before), light chest pressure and a general feeling of feeling lightheaded.  Pacemaker technician has made couple of adjustments but symptoms still happening.  Very frustrating!  Have Any of you experienced these symptoms?

Appreciate your response Swangirl.  It’s nice to have other thoughts and ideas on what I personally am experiencing.  I rested per dr orders once home from hospital and then once given “go ahead” got right back into my high activity level. Symptoms still hanging on.  I continue to try and push through.  Thanks

My pacemaker was put in 6 weeks ago. I’ve had tinnitus (ringing in ear) in right ear since 1995. Humming in left ear since March of this year. Have had no trouble with heart burn at all since surgery, but it took some time for adaptations. Resting at home was hard for me, but I managed. Returned back to work full time 6 days after surgery.
