10 days post op discomfort

Hello. I'm a new member and this is my first post. 72 yrs young female with Brady which is reason I got a PM 10 days ago. Grew weary of living between 45-49 bpm. My question is this; ever since surgery when I lie in my side, lean forward ( like picking something up) or breathe really deep I have a dull heavy discomforting pain all the way up to my sternum. It's uncomfortable and now causing worry.  They set me at 60 resting  rate and pretty much staying there at rest ( I use an Oxymeter to ck it)  not doing too much activity yet but when I do hr goes up to about 75.  Any feedback on my issue appreciated.  Don't have follow up for 90 days. Should I call my cardiologist.

Hi. I am new to this site too. I have an ICD/PM and they recovery is much more than what I anticipated. Still 2 weeks out it’s sore but the range of motion is getting better. I found it was worse when I favored that side of my body . It’s painful. I would call your doctor and go in. They wanted to see me no more than 2 weeks post op. Sending well wishes your way for a quick recovery !
