Ultrasound cavitation

Does anyone with a pacemaker have experience with ultrasound fat cavitation? I just bought an ultrasound fat cavitation device. All the reports I found show they work. Fat cavition destroys fat cells. There are plenty of YouTube videos about the devices. Unfortunately, I saw warnings about pacemakers and fat cavitation after getting the unit.

Saint Judes Medical says therapeutic ultrasound is safe, when used according to their guidelines. The difference is that fat cavitation ultrasound operates at 40Khz and therapeutic ultrasound is at 1 to 3 Mhz frequency. There may be some localized radio frequency in the unit, too.

Maybe I will be the first to try it. My heart rate without a pacemaker is 44 BPM, so I can survive without it. It may be difficult to get my pacemaker replaced, if I blow it up, LOL.
