Chest pain

Hi,

I am wondering if any one has experienced anything similar. I am one year post insertion of a dual chamber Medtronic. 

The whole family have had a bit a a virus with a cough, sore throat and sickness. 

Yesterday I was exhausted, today my chest around the generation and more centraly has felt like it’s being crushed all day. I just put it down to it being the virus, the pain is now quite severe. 

I had the pm inserted for severe bradycardia; postural orthostatic tachycardia Syndrome, to stop me loosing consciousness daily.

at my check I was paced about 50/50. The past two days the virus seems to have affected my heart rate and so have been paced 100%, so wondered if it could be that combine with the virus.

A bit unsure what to do.

Anytime you get unexplained chest pain you go to the ER and get it cheched out.  You may be embarrassed at what they find, but no dies from embarrassment.  Better to find out you don't have a problem than be viewed instead of being seen.
