surgery with dual chamber pacemaker

Could anyone tell me if it is safe to have lower spine surgery with a dual chamber pacemaker? They will be using electric cauterization. Thanks, Patty

hi patty

if you go to my posts   (cape cod)   you will see several comments about electro cautery. i had questions since i have crt-d and received many comments from ian, donr, and grateful heart. such good advice and information.....also, hand-holding!
