Can people feel symptoms of hb sometimes even with a pacer?

I am wondering is it possible to feel symptoms while the pacing device is working. For example giong in and out of a stage of hb.

Some people report that they can feel it. With heart block, however, it sould be seamless. Every time the atria beats, the pacer gives the ventricles a fraction of a second to keep up, if they don't then it sends the signal that causes the heart to beat. You should feel the effects of it (normal heart beat with the heart in sync) but not necessarily the pacing.
