I went to the device clinic today - I had noticed some "effort" in my chest when I would initially start walking. She adjusted it and I walked around and it was fine. Since I got to work, I am noticing that when I bend forward, or crouch down, I feel that "effort" feeling, almost like my heart is too big. I'm not feeling short of breath and I'm not dizzy. I'm going to call the nurse, but I wondered if anyone had any thoughts... Thanks so much!

In life we have to consider what is more important, the loss of the vanity or the gain of the life.

It sounds like they made it more sensitive. I'd give it a few days and see how it goes, see how often it's annoying, how you feel when you exert. Sometimes there is no perfect setting, it's just a matter of finding the best compromise. My rate jumps right up if I walk across the room, which is annoying, but it is amazing at the gym so I live with it being overly sensitive the rest of the time. I prefer that to struggling through a workout.
