too much water and the ACCOLADE

First, sports are out for me.  I'm walking for about an hour and eating lot's of citrus  This is all I can do.

I take 2mg of BUMEX now.  Doctors prescribe meds as if we're machines...

I'm learning (today, for the first time,) that small changes can actually work.  The thing is, I'm 72.

Also, anyone familiar with the ACCOLADE?  Lot's of questions.
