Pulse at collar bone

Over the last couple of days I have developed a noticeable pulse just above my pacemaker to the left hand side of my left collarbone. I can feel the pulse in my arm depending on how I am standing or sitting. Anybody had this before. Feel fine apart from it being annoying.

sounds like a muscle spasm. I got a wierd one on the middle of my chest this morning. it felt like a heart beat but was way too fast. You can get wierd feelings like this sometimes, my breast bone now pops very occasionally. If you keep having it happen after a week then investigate it with a doctor otherwise unless it starts hurting I wouldn't worry
