Fluttering started again

2 years into a Medtronic pacemaker due to stage 3 block. Befor pacemaker I felt fluttering which I assumed to be Arrhythmia  post pacemaker it disappeared. It has now started again. Feels more under ribs than heart. No pain. Just feels weird. Also having what I can only assume to be angina ish pains but only very occasionally. Any ideas anyone

Flutterings and chest pain

You need to seek fairly urgent medical help.

New onset of 'anginerish pain', may be the precursor to a coronary event.

The flutterings also need an exact diagnosis- seek medical help please.

Nobody is going to think you are anything but wise for so doing.
