February is Heart Month.

There are many ways to celebrate heart month.  For example, 

- walk more
- join the gym
- eat healthier
- wear red
- donate to yout local heart association

Back on the wagon

I started following a paleo diet and primal lifesyle again.  By eating less carbs, sleeping better, walking more and exercising differently, I feel much better and have actually lost a few pounds.  A great resource is www.marksdailyapple.com.  The information on this website has helped me greatly over the last few years.

MarksDailyApple is a great site! I like paleOMG.com also. I eat paleo/clean about 80% of the time. I feel better eating that way all the time but it's just not realistic, so I aim for being good during the week and 2 out of 3 meals on the weekends. 

May will be 25 years paced for me so I've been deciding what to do to celebrate! I did my first 5k for 20 years.
