Heartbreating sensation at generator site

 Since receiving my latest pacemaker I have been experiencing a ticking or heart beat sensation at the generator site sometimes several times a day not lasting long (  unfortunately my pacemaker doctor passed away so I have a new doctor and he has all new staff this doesn’t make my situation any more comfortable ) they tested the leads on my last check up everything was fine except I don’t trust this because in the past with a different pacemaker and leads one of the leads was fractured and would occasionally make my whole shoulder and pectoral muscle beat ( very noticeable twitch)like a heartbeat for so many beats throughout the day often on until the lead eventually broke  wondering if anyone else has any similar experiences I’m hoping this is not A fracture in the lead
