There's no reason why video games should affect either your heart or your pacer. Have you talked to your doctor?

Thoughts and Stress

I'm wondering what your beliefs and ideas are about playing video games and whether this has something to do with your reactions.  Do you see it as harmless fun?  A bad addiction?  Something you're compulsively doing and want to stop?  There are many attitudes and feelings that get triggered when we are playing games of any kind.  If you put a negative spin on playing video games it may create the stress that causes some of your physical symptoms.  Our thoughts and beliefs are very powerful.

Maybe Posture

I was thinking maybe the posture and tension on your shoulders and arms and maybe neck.  I would try to change the normal when you are playing and see if that matters.  You did not say how long you have had your PM.  To me tension matters.

I get dizzy working with (lifting or moving) relatively light objects.  I have been told it might be a problem with my leads something about subclavical.  They are working on it.

You know you're wired when...

Your favorite poem is “Ode to a Cardiac Node”.

The experience of having a couple of lengths of wire fed into your heart muscle and an electronic 'box' tucked under the skin is not an insignificant event, but you will survive.
