Hi everyone i don't know why when i play any video game i feel exhausted, tiredness even burning in my heart  in so much i felt i will pass away ? Why this happen and why can be normal again ?

There's no reason why video games should affect either your heart or your pacer. Have you talked to your doctor?

Maybe Posture

I was thinking maybe the posture and tension on your shoulders and arms and maybe neck.  I would try to change the normal when you are playing and see if that matters.  You did not say how long you have had your PM.  To me tension matters.

I get dizzy working with (lifting or moving) relatively light objects.  I have been told it might be a problem with my leads something about subclavical.  They are working on it.

yeah i know i need rest after playing videogames but the matter is it need from me to rest at least 3-6 hours and some time i sleep  and wake up next day just for make these symptoms gone
