Odd snapping/clicking sensation that can also be heard

Hi all! Looking to see if anyone has felt a similiar sensation. Firstly I can't believe I'm 6 weeks post op today, recieved my dual chamber pacemaker on 2/5. About 2 weeks ago at the 4 week mark I started to notice some odd sensations in my chest. It feels as if there is this snapping/clicking feeling. It seems to be very positional, if I do something that puts pressure on the left side of my chest. If I lay on my left side, apply makeup with my left hand, etc it brings about this strong snapping sensation and will not stop until I change position. It happens every single time! I also want to mention I am not pacing during these episodes. My primary settings are AAI@60 which can turn into DDD as needed with the managed ventricular pacing feature. I have checked to see if I'm pacing when I feel this and I am not, my heart rate is too high to pace during this. And I know what it feels like to pace, this is very different....I never like to self diagnose but I am a nurse & my boyfriend is an Anesthesiologist. We decided to take a listen to my heart sounds. When there's no clicking sensation my heart sounds are normal. When I feel the clicking sensation you can actually hear it with a stephoscope, causes some sort of cardiac click. Neither of us specialize in EP & do not know what could cause this but definitely hear something. I really hope a lead did not move. I called the office & I will be going into the office Thursdsy. I appreciate any feedback & guidance if anyone has experienced something similiar. So strange!
