Diagnostic scales and ICD

I asked my cardiologist today about electronic diagnostic scales and ICD and insisted for a straight answer. Here is what I get: "Better not."

That's what mine said also. Regular scales are fine, either old style or electronic, but the ones that calculate BMI use a current.
