that's entertainment...

Been awhile and I'm betting you are all wondering where's Robo Pop now? Well I assure you, I've been off having the time of my life, and my Cardiologist even told me so yesterday during my most recent tet a tet.

My Dr used to joke that it was easier to list what wasn't wrong with my heart, than what was because my list of charm is so extensive. Cardiomyopthy, CAD, CHF, Mitral valve prolapse and stenosis (just for good measure), then there's all the electrical short circuits such as LBBB, SVT, PVC, PMT, Vtach, Vfib and on and on, but hey, I don't got no stinking A-Fib. Well it seems those glory days are gone and I've completed the story.

Every night for the past several months my rebellious heart has been doing tumbles, back flips, floor exercises to capture the best gymnasts attention, executing (is that a bad word) acrobatic contortions like energized performers in a Cirque Du Soleil troupe and shaking with the effort.

The doc informed me yesterday I have been enjoying A-Fib along with all the other assorted fancy names for a cantankerous heart. this is better than an amusement park ride at Disney World but without the crowds

Now it seems my atrium is now being paced nearly full time as well as both ventricles and the pacing is causing conflicts of beats further exacerbating this tumultuous calamity we call my heart. It's not only confounding the doctors but confusing the hell out of my newly minted CRT-P (used to be a D but got demoted. when they shut down the Jesus Jolts)

So you healthy folks out there, stop with the pity on us, if anybody offers you heart disease consider it, I'm here to tell you it's really entertaining. It just don't get any better than this

ie nothing new here, how bout you guys?

PS doesn't look like I'll be getting Tiger's clubs anytime soon. golf2golf

ROBO... Why not add SSS to your repertoire ?

by IAN MC - 2019-04-19 08:54:24

If you had Sick Sinus Syndrome you would probably have every electrical cardiac problem known to man.

I think you are too hyper-active and are obviously turned on by bouts of tachycardia for their entertainment value.

All you need for SSS is a LAZY sinus node. Maybe you are too conscientious and hard-working to  consider the easy option ?

Keep taking the tablets

Ian
