update

It's been a while since I posted. I got my pm over 2 years ago just a month before trying my first marathon. The people on this site pulled me through the fear and insecurities I dealt with. This weekend I finished my first marathon. It was 85 degrees and tough, it was great. I met two other pm folks who were running and a guy with a heart transplant.
Thank you all for helping me pick up where I left off 2 years ago.

Great Job! I heard from a couple of friends, including Don S. about what a great, tough course it was, and the extreme temperature swings that you guys dealt with. Now that we've been rebuilt, we can keep on getting stronger...Keep up your training, chase your goals. Run strong!
