Error with transmission

Having trouble sending a transmission with Medtronic transmission device. Keeps giving error code 3230 and won't send. Never had a problem before. Did watch a youtube video on how to remedy this. Did as it said but it didn't work. Anyone had any problems with this?

I don't recall the error number but I had noticed that my quarterly transmission did not occur. Tried a manual transmission, did not send. Called doctors office, they walked me through the sending process, still didn't send. Called medtronic, they once again walked me through the sending process, still didn't send. Finally they said my sending unit must be defective so they sent me a new one. Plugged it in, let the thingy that you put over the ICD charge overnight, tried it the next morning an it sent with no issue. Been fine ever since.
