10 weeks

We're all different but after 10 weeks you shouldn't be having serious pain. A couple of things come to mind and you probably should bring it to the attention of someone, perhaps even your GP. Are you moving your shoulder? Have you been using your arm all along? At 10 weeks, you should be doing everything you normally would, except extreme extension, like a full golf swing. You should have been using that arm from day one. If you have been using it normally, it's possible that they damaged a nerve. In any case, at this point medical attention is probably called for.

I got very, very ill with a virus after my revision and basically did not move for several weeks.  Aside from the inflammation and pain from 2 procedures in 8 weeks, I think the sitting and doing nothing with the arm was a big problem.  I ended up with edema and arm/shoulder pain.  I've been doing PT and the shoulder and still have discomfort and reduced range of motion, especially across the body.  It takes time, be patient.  Otherwise, 4 months out, I'm feeling really, really good and finally sleep well.

I'm at about same time as you

I had my pacemaker on 28 February and experienced neck pain and shoulder pain.  I think it's really common and I did have some acupuncture sessions (not for everyone I know).  I still have a some residual pain but it is much better than even last week.  I had no idea; it takes much longer to get back to normal than I thought.  I'd quite like to start swimming gently soon which I know will help the arm, only breaststroke though.

Very painful

I had a PM implanted last October and was amazed at how much pain I had at the site and in my shoulder for EP and his staff were supportive and assured me that this was quite normal and that some people have pain issues for several months...8 months out and zero shoulder pain yet still need a pillow for my arm at night...that pillow under my arm reduces the site discomfort significantly for me.

thank you very much for comments I feel more reassured now that my pain and discomfort are quite normal it’s just going to take longer to recover than I thought .

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.
