PM Change

Hey Powlie,

You cardiologist is actually going to replace your entire PM. I was wide awake under local the whole time. They will create a new incision and unfortunately you will take a little longer to heal than the first go around. It took me about 3 months to fully heal for my first and approx 6 months for my 3rd. Best advise is to RELAX, be patient and rest. Have someone else do the physical part of coaching and ease into swimming when you're no longer feeling discomfort. I made the mistake of returning to work (MFG Manager) after 10 days and my incision area swelled up like a baseball and I had to go to the ER.

Don't be like me. Get your rest.

Pedro
