Looking for a good pacemaker heart doctor in San Diego area

I just had my first pacemaker installed last month which became infected and had to be removed...The pacemaker was installed close to the skin surface with two body fluid drain holes... The skin surface did not close over the two drain holes after one month and the pacemaker became infected...Please provide your recommendations for a good pacemaker doctor in the san Diego area...Thanks
