Question

Anyone get a thick feeling or like a trapped burp in your throat ? Also a sharp little twinge every now and then

I had a similar sensation and it was resolved by a simple change to the PM voltage setting.   Mine was caused because the phrenic nerve was accidentally being stimulated by the PM  and this  led to pacing of the diaphragm.

Contact your PM guru and describe the symptoms.
