my wonderful cardiologist Bruce Wilson

this is one message I never thought i would be posting. It is funny how we end up being so very close to the doctors involved in our diagnosis, surgery, recovery and ongoing care. But alot of us do. Dr Bruce Wilson was a dear and loved friend of mine, who also just happened to be one of those doctors described above. We laughed, cried and prayed together. And tho I know, he had a hundred patients, he would always have that time for me. On the evening of the 23rd April 2008, Bruce felt a niggly neck pain. That night, my beautiful Bruce died. You gave so many of us our second chance, our third chance, more. I hold my children because of you, i kiss my love because of you. And when it is finally my time to rest, I shall ask God if I can please have the apartment next to yours. Good night Bruce, it was an honour and privilage to know you.
