Every time I cook on my electric range I get palpitations and get weak, are my days cooking with electric over😢.   I have had my little friend for 5 weeks

If your range has an induction hob, then the magnetic field from it may affect your pacemaker. If you have a Medtronic PM, it will switch into "safe" mode and pace at 85 bpm which feels strange.  If you are having palpitations, then I suggest you see your doctor ASAP.

Not the stove

The palptitations are happening when you are standing at the stove. It's possible that standing --not the stove--is really the problem.
