I am a 68 yr old female had a pacemaker put in for 3rd degree heart block 3 months ago other than my heart rate improving I still don’t feel myself does it take a bit longer

I catch myself saying I wish I was my old self! Everything feels different I feel like I have aged since I got it 6 months ago..
