Update

Swam a mile tonight. Wasn't any reason to go less than usual. First time in six weeks, so I went more slowly and broke it up into 4 quarter miles with a walk up and back in between quarters.

My PM setting of 130 BPM needs to be higher; yet I just slowed down as I swam. I wasn't that fast before. I just swim to stay in shape.

Felt a lot of stretching at the PM site; yet it felt like I needed it. It's sore now; yet all my muscles are.

Opened a good bottle of wine when I got home and watched the debate. Amazingly enough, life is pretty much back to normal. 👍

I guess the last 8 hours really prove, PM's are a miracle and we are all fortunate they were invented.
