Uncomfortable bras and seatbelts

My Pacemaker is on the left side of my chest (which is annoying, because it looks like my left breast has a lump), so sometimes wearing bras can be extremely uncomfortable. Can you recommend any other types of bras or anything?
Also, my seatbelt in the car is right over my Pacemkaer, making it extremely uncomfortable and not at all safe because if the car slams to a stop (as it often does, with my dad's driving), it presses down on it and is quite painful. What can I do about it?

Seat belt pad

Hey,

I bought seat belt pads for my cars so when I'm driving, there is a cushion between the seatbelt and my PM. Can't help you too much with the bra, but maybe a thick padded bandage might help.

Padded Bras

C'mon HeckBoy, you know you want to help her with her bra...

To further HB's point (though I don't wear suspenders or a brar either), it's best to wear the pad just to the right of the PM.  The pad will then lift the strap over the PM so there is no pressure on it at all.

Where?

Thanks for the advice, but where can I find padded seatbelts and bras?

Look above as you log in to Pacemaker site for the flashing advertising and you will see where to get protective wear.  Then just click on it to take you to the website (or just copy and paste my links below to your browser).  You could also try searching on Amazon for better prices.

32 years of fighting the painful seatbelt.  I have tried lots of things but agree with AgentX86, maybe embarassing or not, but the bug fuzzy fake? sheepskin seatbelt pads from Amazon or others work fine.   Now just after a new pacer have different advice, but for the several years in between big fuzzy seat belt pad.  Cant help you with bras.

I got a couple of sheepskin wool seatbelt pads at my local Walmarts. Think they were maybe between $2.00 and $3.00.

You know you're wired when...

You have a maintenance schedule just like your car.

I love this new part of me, and very, very thankful that this technology exists and I know that it's all only going to get better over time.
